Registration Information

Participants will receive confirmation of registration via email as soon as completed registration forms have been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact read180community@scholastic.com. Once you have received your email confirmation, you are then registered to attend the READ 180 National Summer Institute. To register by mail or fax, please click here and download the 2011 READ 180 National Summer Institute Registration Form. Please follow the instructions on page 3 before submitting your registration.

Participants may pay by credit card or purchase order by completing the Online Registration Form or by clicking here to download the 2011 READ 180 National Summer Institute Registration Form. Please make purchase orders payable to: Scholastic Inc. Please mail or fax the Purchase Order and the completed registration form to:

Guest passes for the Welcome Reception are available for purchase for $75.00. Guest passes may be purchased at the Registration desk onsite at the READ 180 National Summer Institute. All guests must be over the age of 21 in order to attend the Welcome Reception.

The following is Scholastic's cancellation policy for the 2011 READ 180 National Summer Institute (NSI):

• For cancellations received by Scholastic prior to June 30, 2011, the registrations should be refunded in full.
• Cancellations received by Scholastic between July 1 and July 24, 2011, will be subject to a $200 non-refundable fee. The remained or the registration fee (less the $200.00 non-refundable fee) will be refunded.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received by Scholastic after July 25, 2011. However, another person may be sent in the registrant’s place for the 2011 READ 180 National Summer Institute only.

Registration, attendance, and participation in Scholastic's READ 180 National Summer Institute constitutes an agreement by the registration to Scholastic’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) in any media including, without limitation, Scholastic web sites and print materials, of the registrant's or attendee’s image and voice in photographs, videotapes, and/or audiotapes.

Professional conduct is expected from participants at all times. If participants engage in inappropriate behavior, Scholastic reserves the right to ask the participant to leave NSI, in which case Scholastic has no obligation to refund any of participant’s registration fees.
