What to Ask Your Child

Getting information about your child’s school day can be like pulling teeth. Don’t bombard your child the moment you see her after school. Allow her to wind-down first. Specificity is key. Ask detailed questions about her day, such as “Who did you play with today?” or “Can you show me something you learned today?” Get more specific ideas here.
