Using the Weekly Portion of a Planner

A kid's day planner comes with a daily, weekly, and monthly portion. Have your child use the weekly portion to its full potential by asking for homework from each teacher on Monday. Teachers plan in advance, so they already know what your child will need for the week. Then, have your child use a system for writing in the homework and keeping track of her work.
