Use Flash Cards to Prepare for an Upcoming Test

The next time your child needs to study for a test, show her how to make flash cards. You can either use index cards or cut sheets of paper into eight squares. As a general rule, teach her to go through the stack of flashcards on her own several times, until she can go through the stack three times in a row and get each question right.
