Use Different Writing Instruments for Studying

Our children often study for spelling tests by verbally spelling each word. But when they take the test, they usually have to write it down. Encourage your children to write out each word on paper numerous times when studying. For tactile learners, encourage the use of various writing instruments, like colored pencils, markers, and chalk.
