Tween Stress

Tweens with a high-pressured school schedule and a number of after-school activities may begin to feel the burden of stress. Set the example and get your kids to communicate if they are feeling stressed. Start to share more about your day-to-day with your kids so they understand that even adults suffer from stress at times. Talk about ways in which you relieve stress such as exercise, etc.
