Try "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" a Graphic Novel

Try the graphic novel and 2008 Caldecott Medal winner, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, by Brian Selnick. Hugo is an orphan who lives in the walls of a train station. His recently deceased father left behind a robot, and Hugo becomes obsessed with fixing it. Filled with intricate drawings and suspense, your child is sure to enjoy this illustrated novel.
