Precious hours are spent each week on "time snatchers": stuff, like Facebook or video games, that takes away positive things from your child’s life. It's fine to have down time, but only if it adds enjoyment to your child. If your kid is spending hours on these things, they are stealing precious moments that could be spent building relationships.
