Tearing It Up

Two-year-olds love the art of destruction! Give your child a stack of used wrapping paper, store circulars, or tissue paper. When she’s done ripping, tearing, and crumpling to her heart’s content, help her glue the pieces onto cardboard or heavy construction paper to make a collage. It’s a satisfying, physical activity and easy art project.
