Teach Your Child the Language of Music
Help your child develop an appreciation for music by giving her the language to speak about what she's listening to. For example, talk about whether the pitch of a certain piece of music is high or low. Introduce the word tempo and listen to songs that represent different tempos, from Lento (slowly) to Allegro (fast and bright).
