Stop! Now Go!

Take two plain white paper plates, and have your child color one red and one green, with whatever medium she likes (paint, markers, crayons, etc.). Then, use them in a stop-and-go game. Hold up the green one when she can march around the room, and have her stop when you switch to the red plate. Bonus: Make a yellow “light” and teach her the idea of “caution.”
