Sock It to 'Em

Gather a few pairs of socks using different sizes and colors, and see how fast your child can match them up, grouping them by colors, sizes, and patterns. You can also put marbles into each sock, and ask your child to estimate which is the heaviest and which is the lightest sock. Later, open the socks up and have your child count the marbles to see if he was right.
