Sleep: A Key Ingredient to Staying Organized

Children who don’t get enough sleep are far more likely to have trouble getting up — and are foggy and forgetful even if they do manage to wake on time. That leads to a last-minute scramble to eat breakfast, pack school bags, and catch the bus. How much sleep is needed? Kids in elementary school should get at least 10 hours each night.
