Sleep: a Key Ingredient to Staying Organized

Children who don’t get enough sleep are far more likely to have trouble getting up—and are foggy and forgetful even if they do manage to wake on time. That leads to a last-minute scramble to eat breakfast, pack school bags and catch the bus. How much sleep is needed? Kids in elementary school should get at least 10 hours each night.
