Sequencing 101

Bring home a small memento from all your day’s activities together. For example, bring home a shell from the beach, a twig from the park, and a rock from the fish pond. At the end of the day, sit down with your treasures and help your child put the items in order: “First, we went to the beach. So we’ll put the shell first. What did we do next?”
