Self-Doubt: An Internal Study Distractor
It's easy to take kids' phones away when they study; it's much more difficult to waylay self-doubt. If your child is wracked with self-doubt, help calm that anxiety with positive affirmation. Remind her about past success. Help her say kind things about herself. Finally, remind your child of her worth on a daily basis to help boost morale overall!
