See Who Can Project The Farthest With the Diaphragm

Have your daughter stand in front of you and breathe, allowing her belly and ribs to expand all the way. Then, have her project the word "Hey!" while pushing the air from her diaphragm, not her throat. Tell her to sound strong and deep. Have a contest to see who can project the word the loudest without screaming or hurting your throats.
