Schedule Downtime on the Family Calendar

Downtime is essential for you and your kids. Grab your family calendar and, on the next empty date, write down Family Downtime. Let your family know you're using this time to do some fun things together at home, like watching a movie, playing board games, or reading. It might be hard to schedule, but relaxation time with your children is always worth it.
