Road Trip Math

Help your child determine when you’ll arrive at your destination. For example, "We're about 200 miles into a 500-mile trip. Assuming that we drive 60 miles an hour the rest of the way, when do you think we'll get there?" Help your child solve the problem by determining how many miles you still need to drive, and then dividing that number by 60.
