Postcard Writing

While traveling this summer, get your older kids off social media by having them communicate with friends the old-fashioned way — with postcards! If your kids don’t want to write to friends, they can write about their day’s adventures and then mail the postcards to themselves. It’s a fun way for your preteens to come home to a “journal” they created while on vacation.
