Pancake Batter: Low or High Viscosity?
Some liquids, like water, flow easily. They have a low viscosity – the measure of the resistance of fluid. Others, like thick honey, have a high viscosity. When making pancakes, introduce the term as you're mixing the batter. Ask your kid whether the substance has a high or low, viscosity. What about the syrup?
