Nothing Defeats a GPA Like Pressing Physical Needs
A rumbling tummy can take the focus off of schoolwork within a few minutes. If your kid is going to bed at 11:00 PM, but has to get up for school by 6:30, she’s missing up to two hours of necessary sleep a night. If you want your kids at their best in school, give them an optimal start: a healthy breakfast and the recommended hours of sleep per night.
