My Quiet Cubby

If you or someone you know has just gotten something big delivered in a cardboard box, ask if you can have the box. Cut out a large opening and put some pillows and quilts inside. You can decorate the outside if you feel like it, and/or if your child is into helping you – but the idea is to create a quiet and private “cubby space” for your toddler to chill out in and exercise those imagination skills.
