Map It Out

Purchase a large United States map and a box of colorful markers. Hang the map where your child can easily reach it. Talk to your child about states and cities you’ve visited together. Mark those spots or tape to the map photos of your trips. If that seems overwhelming, you can find a map of your own town, and mark the spots you and your child go often.
