Make Reading a Priority Over the Summer
Don’t let your children lose those reading skills over the summer! Make a plan to encourage reading throughout the break. Visit the library daily, read with them, and reward them for books read. Find a new genre that your children haven’t explored. Have them start a book group with friends, or host a book exchange party where everyone swaps books for a few weeks.
