Learning to Think Mathematically
If you pay attention, math is sprinkled throughout your day. Notice how math is intertwined into your child’s favorite stories. Talk about it when making meals. Discuss numbers during play. Count, do puzzles, sort, classify, set up a pretend store. Familiarizing math will encourage your child to develop problem-solving and reasoning skills.
