Learning to Estimate
Estimating is a concept that your child will learn in elementary school. Help your child have fun estimating at home with these activities. Get a jar and fill it with different items you previously counted (e.g., jelly beans, pennies). Then have your child estimate the amount. Carry on the concept with our guess-and-check strategy and estimating spirals activity.
