Keep It Safe and Simple

Your baby learns best when she can explore freely. You can hinder that progress by stopping the explorations to take away something she shouldn’t have or say “no” as she approaches something she shouldn’t. So, be sure most things she can reach on her own—from her toys to household items—are safe, clean, and ready for exploration.
