Jar Lid Lineup

On a big piece of cardboard on the floor, put down a long strip of painter’s tape, sticky side up. Give your child a collection of lids from small and large bottles. Have your child stick down his items along the tape; he learns interesting things about the properties of sticky stuff, about patterns, about coordination, and about cause and effect.
