Help Your Child Think Critically at Home
Critical thinking is essential for learning at any age. Help your child practice these skills at home. Bring up a controversial topic and ask your child to defend one side. Ask for recommendations for dilemmas around the house and how to solve them. Ask your child to verify, judge, argue, rate, and defend to hone the thinking skills that will carry him through school.
