Friendly Competition Helps Your Kid Focus

When your child has a test coming up, suggest he invite a friend over to help prep. Once you begin reviewing, let them know it's a game, and the first person to score 20 points wins a prize. Makeup whatever rules you want and assign points all the way through the study guide. Your child will have learned more and focused better than studying with just you.
