Flex Those Muscles to Calm Nerves Before a Big Test
Children can get anxious before big tests. But, you can help your nervous child with a simple trick. Five minutes before the test, your child should clench and release different muscle groups. For example, she can tighten her hands into fists. Then, she should hold for 10 seconds before releasing. If your child pays attention to the respite felt after the release, she will feel more relaxed.
