Feel the Music -- Literally

Plenty of parents use music and dancing to help soothe a fussy baby, but try the same when your infant is content and alert, too. Hold your baby close, in your arms or in a carrier, and dance and sway to music. She’ll feel the rhythm, which will later help her with balance when she walks (and dances!) on her own.
