Encourage Healthy Eating

Don’t forget about healthy eating. With your children, discover fruits and vegetables that may be in season. Encourage your kids to “eat a rainbow” daily (a fruit or vegetable from each color found in the rainbow). Get your children involved in meal planning and don’t forget to exercise with your kids every day (most experts recommend that children get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day)!
