Encourage Healthy Eating
Don’t forget about healthy eating. With your children, discover fruits and vegetables that may be in season. Encourage your kids to “eat a rainbow” daily (a fruit or vegetable from each color found in the rainbow). Get your children involved in meal planning and don’t forget to exercise with your kids at least 30 minutes a day!
