Eating a Good Breakfast Every Day

Breakfast is your child's fuel for the school day. At the beginning of each week, plan a variety of breakfasts for your child and what parts of preparing breakfast she'll be responsible for. Make sure that each breakfast includes a mix of protein, fiber, and carbohydrates, too. This key combination will help her stay satisfied until lunchtime.
