Down the Ramp

What’s an inclined plane? Your baby may not understand things like force, gravity, and acceleration, but you can show her the basic principle in a game that involves making an inclined ramp out of a sturdy piece of cardboard, leaning it on the edge of a box on the floor, and sending down heavier and lighter objects (a big car, a small ball) and seeing how they go fast or slow.
