Don't Toss That Empty Cardboard Box

Often babies are more fascinated with the packaging than the carefully chosen present. There’s a good reason to go with your baby’s fascination with playing with a box: It helps teach her basic geometric concepts like size and shape, as well as spatial concepts such as up and down, and in and out.
