Dealing with Emotional Ups and Downs
With all the stressors kids face (school, friends, siblings) it’s important to watch their emotional health. Talk about feelings. Make sure they feel secure. Don’t protect too much; it’s OK and beneficial for your children to experience different emotions. Your job is to help them learn coping strategies to get through tough times independently.
