Cut It Out: ABC Puzzles

Using index cards or other sturdy squares of paper, write letters in marker, with the capital letter on the left and the lowercase on the right. Cut each card into two pieces with a jagged, puzzle-piece-like line or a wavy line. Mix up the pieces, then spread them out on the table and ask your child to match upper and lower back together.
