Create a Simple, Reusable Meal Plan

Ask everyone in your family to list their top 10 favorite dinners, and use the results to come up with a meal plan you can easily keep track of. For example, serve meatless meals on Mondays, chicken on Tuesdays, pasta on Wednesdays, and so on. Plug your meals into an online calendar program set to repeat on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, too. Find ways to incorporate learning in the kitchen and ask your kids to help clean up afterwards, too.
