Celebrate the End of the School Year
Energy is HIGH at the end of the school year. Get ready by creating a countdown calendar, or numbered paper chain in which you remove a link a day. Talk to your children about their accomplishments over the school year, and what they felt were their biggest achievements and challenges. Extend the learning by having them write thank-you notes to their teachers.
