Bubble Painting

Put ¼ cup dishwashing liquid in a shallow bowl. Add a few drops of tempera paint. Put a straw in the liquid, and have your child blow until bubbles froth up to the edge of the dish. Put a piece of paper on top of the bubbles and hold it until the bubbles pop. You can do several dishes of bubbles/color, so that your child can make varied creations.
