Blow Those Bagpipes

To make a DIY version of this mournful Highlands instrument, blow up a plastic bag and slip a party horn in the opening of the bag. Tie the horn into the opening as tightly as you can with string or a rubber band. Press the bag, and the horn plays! Blow air back into the bag through the horn to refill and play again.
