Blow Those Bagpipes

To make a DIY version of this mournful Highlands instrument, blow up a plastic bag and slip a party horn in the opening of the bag. Tie the horn into the opening as tightly as you can with string or a rubber band. Your child can press the bag, and the horn plays! He or she can blow air back into the bag through the horn to refill and play again.
