Ask and Answer Questions While Reading a Chapter

Transform the headings into questions, leaving spaces underneath. Have him answer the questions in his own words while reading. Paraphrasing is imperative because he'll remember his own words much better than someone else's. Ask questions to ensure he "gets" what he’s reading; answering those questions ensures he’ll be ready for test day!
