It’s obvious that reading books together is the best way to foster your child’s growing language skills. Here's yet another way to use books and boost linguistic prowess: Act out your favorite stories together! It’s likely you and your child have some favorites committed to memory. Using props and costumes, if you like, repeat the story as a mini-play.
