Acronyms: Powerful Mnemonics to Memorize a List (PMML)
Take the first letter from each item and create a word, even if it doesn't make sense. It's easier to remember a word; tougher to remember a list of items. She may not remember the first 4 presidents in order (Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Madison) but she’ll probably remember the acronym WAJM, especially pronounced phonetically.
