About the Author and Illustrator

Margaret McNamara Margaret McNamara is the author of more than two dozen books for young readers.
Mike Gordon Mike Gordon was born in England. He attended Rochdale College of Art, but became an engineer. In 1983 he switched his career to freelance illustrator. Since then he has illustrated many children's books.
