I adore children’s books, and while I have been known to tear up while reading any book (even paranormal YA), the books that inspire me the most are always children’s books. What is even more inspiring is when you see the light go on in your child’s eyes. You see that they are inspired, or have learned something they didn’t expect to learn when they snuggled up next to you book in hand. Those moments are precious. I will be the first to admit this is a completely subjective list and I welcome you to share your favorite quotes from children’s books on Scholastic Parents Facebook Page.
