NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SCHOLASTIC INC. ("SPONSOR"), WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. TO ENTER: The Organization Inspiration Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins August 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends October 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). There are two ways to enter: 1) Participate in the Book Offer (outlined on scholastic.com/organization) by spending at least $30 on scholastic.mabelslabels.com between the dates of August 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012 and mailing your purchase receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) and the Redemption Form with all fields completed to: Mabel’s Labels Book Offer, 557 Broadway, P.O. Box 711, New York, NY, 10012. Each submission received will gain you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. OR 2) Mail in a 3”x5” card entry: To enter without sending in a Proof of Purchase and Redemption Form, hand print your name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number and email address on a 3”x5” card, put card in an envelope (this information will be used for prize verification only and not for marketing or solicitation purposes) with the appropriate postage due and mail to: Organization Inspiration Sweepstakes, 557 Broadway, P.O. Box 711, New York, NY 10012. Each 3”x5” card entry received will gain you one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

All entries (including submissions to the Book Offer) must be postmarked by October 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for a drawing. Submission by facsimile or any other means is not permitted. Ten winners will be selected on or about November 15, 2012, from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The drawing(s) for the winners will be conducted by Scholastic whose decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If any participant of the Book Offer does not wish to be included in the Sweepstakes, please just inform Sponsor at the e-mail address below, and Sponsor will remove that participant from the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES/ODDS: Ten (10) winners will receive “The Big Kaboodle™” combo pack. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $48.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $480.00.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS / PRIZE CLAIMS: All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules and warrant and represent that their entry information is accurate. You are not a winner of any prize unless and until your eligibility is confirmed. Potential winners will be notified at the phone number, email address or physical address submitted and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days. Documents must be returned by the means specified in the specific document within the time specified or the potential prize winner will be disqualified. All claimed prizes by persons who are found eligible will be awarded to those persons. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. If prize is forfeited for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award to an alternate potential winner selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Subject to all applicable laws.

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, inaccurate, stolen, incomplete, postage due, garbled, illegible, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries; for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; for lack of availability or accessibility, or miscommunications due to failed computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmissions or lines; for technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or for any other computer, network, technical, typographical, human or other error, problem, or malfunction related to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems, or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the processing or judging of entries, or any Sweepstakes -related materials. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other persons’ computer (whether hardware or software), relating to or resulting from downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes.

In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by nonauthorized human intervention, virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Scholastic or Mabel’s Labels that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void his/her entry) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion to award the prizes from among all eligible nonsuspect entries received prior to termination using the judging procedures outlined above.
