Pizza Bagel
One bagel (flavor of your choice)
Your favorite cheeses (shredded mozzarella is a good recommendation)
Pizza Sauce
Your favorite toppings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  On baking sheet, arrange bagel halves.  Evenly spread pizza sauce on each half and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.

Taco Pizza
Flour or whole wheat tortillas
Taco sauce
Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Ground Beef
Your favorite taco toppings

In a frying pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.  Lay tortilla flat and spread on Taco Sauce.  Sprinkle cheese and shredded lettuce.  Add on your favorite toppings and bake in a 400 degree oven until the cheese is golden brown.

Pizza on French Bread
Pizza Sauce
French bread cut lengthwise

Cut French bread LENGTHWISE to make 2 boats. With clean hands, scoop out the middle of the bread making a shell. Leave enough bread to make a nice crust but the whole middle is too much.
Place bread shells on cookie sheet and toast in the oven several minutes until crusty. Pour pizza sauce on bread and top with cheese and your favorite toppings. Place back in oven and bake until cheese melts and bread is crusty.
Pizza Rolls
1 tube refrigerated ready to make biscuits
Spaghetti sauce
Sliced pepperoni or ham
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Butter a cookie sheet. Flatten one read-to-make biscuit by stretching dough. Spread one spoonful of spaghetti sauce onto flattened biscuit. Sprinkle cheese onto the sauce and place pepperoni or slice of ham on top of cheese. Fold dough over the cheese and pepperoni filling, pressing edges together. It will look like a small dough pillow. Repeat with each ready-to-make biscuit until you have served pizza rolls. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy your pizza rolls.

Pizza Pockets
1 pita round
3 tbsp. pizza sauce
Slices of Pepperoni (optional)
½ c. shred Mozzarella

Slice pita bread in half and open halves to form a pocket.  Spread sauce onto both sides of the pita. Add pepperoni and cheese.  Heat in microwave for 1 minute.  Some microwaves may require more time.

Pizza Buns
1 hamburger bun
3 tbsp. pizza sauce
½ c. shredded Mozzarella

Open hamburger bun and lay both pieces, flat side up, on a cookie sheet.  Place in a 400 degree oven, set on broil.  Toast for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, then remove from oven.  Spread sauce on top of each piece.  Sprinkle cheese and any other toppings you want.  Put back in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted.
