About Your Teeth
Now that it's back-to-school time, there are lots of new things you'll be doing. But there are other things that you already do -- that you need to keep doing! Like taking care of your bright smile by brushing your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, visiting the dentist regularly, flossing daily, and limiting the number of times you eat snacks each day.
Why do you need to do these things? To have healthy teeth and gums -- and a great smile! Speaking of smiles, when was the last time you really looked at yours? There are a lot of things about teeth that are good to know.

The best way to see your teeth is to get a mirror -- and open wide!
And think about this: What do you see when you look at your teeth? Do you still have some (or all) of your baby teeth? How many teeth do you have all together? Do you have baby teeth or permanent teeth? Maybe you have a combination.
